Happy Wednesday, m' dears! I thought I'd keep today's post short and sweet as this week has been plagued with pesky migraines. I'd like to blame it on the election, but it's probably got more to do with the wonky Texas weather. Aside from adjusting to Daylight Savings Time (Yuck!) and voting, we stopped by the squadron for a rare family photo-op this past Saturday (we just need ONE good shot) and started preparing for Thanksgiving guests (Hooray!). Our average days are a lot brighter when there are unexpected Tulips at Wally World and Max is bestowed with thoughtful honks and waves from the local construction workers and our favorite garbage man. Simple joys like these are nice reminders to slow down and look for the good.
Enough about me. What's been a BRIGHT spot in your week?! I'm all ears.
