From time to time I stumble upon a new-to-me artist on Instagram, and it kind of feels like I won the lottery. Sydney based artist Liz Payne is no exception. Her work combines a vibrant mix of paint colors, intricate stitching, and tiny beads, which are used to create layers of bold texture and relief. Payne gives her Insta-audience a glimpse into the creative process by sharing gorgeous details from her one-of-a-kind hand embroidered pieces.
