Happy Tuesday, m' dears! When the week begins with a hectic start as it has in Swell Rio, I've found it's best to just add color. That makes total sense, right?! In fact, I think I was specifically meant to learn about Christina Zimpel's work last week so there would be a mental/creative reprieve from the looming nuttiness that consists of a toddler reluctant to nap, one doozy of a migraine, and a Monday where I just couldn't manage getting ahead of my to-do list. Le sigh. I know I'm not alone in feeling this way, so I thought I'd spread the love and share some of my favorite works by this Australian-born and Brooklyn-based artist with you. Eek!! Isn't it all so fabulous?! It should come as no surprise that I was sucked in by Christina's use of whimsical subjects and bright hues. Thoughts?!
